More recently, this has included representation of individuals and corporations in a broad range of class actions, including current participation in the judicial debates in this quickly-evolving area. In view of our range of practice, we are well-positioned to act as Counsel for complex, multi-party class action litigation in various fields, including product liability, pharmaceutical regulation and consumer protection. We have participated in some of the largest Canadian class-action litigation including defense of multi-party defendants in the largest class actions in Canada.
